At Built Supply Co, we aim to pack and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping Times
Estimated standard delivery times for New Zealand are 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, rural delivery locations, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand.
Free shipping is available on orders over NZ$120.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on supplier stock availability, warehouse locations, or product type.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and details are correct at the time of purchase.
Built Supply Co is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier provider to assist where possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather events
• Public holidays
• Rural delivery delays
• Supply chain disruptions
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number along with photos of the damage.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
