8" Blue Mill Treated Airway Buffing Wheel 3" Center Plate x 5/8" Arbor Hole

These blue buffs are made up of 16 discs of cotton (16 ply) for longer life. The blue airway buff is affixed from the center of the disc with a steel plate. This steel plate holds firm during use and also creates pleats in the buff which allow for the passage of air during buffing.
