【45° Professional Brake Line Flaring Tool Kit – 3/16" to 3/8" – Single / Double / Bubble Flares】

【Multi-Purpose Flaring Tool】
This is a multi-functional brake line flaring tool. Used to create 45° single, double and bubble brake flares on 304 stainless steel, steel and soft metal tubing in a short time.

It produces flares of high quality and accuracy that do not lead to subsequent leaks in hydraulic or brake lines – making it a must-have brake flaring tool for the DIYer or mechanic.

⚠️ Note: This tool must be used with a vise – bench use only.

【Wide Application】
This flaring tool can be used with 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 4.75mm diameter lines. Suitable for:

• Automotive brake lines

• Transmission cooler lines

• Fuel lines and more

Flaring Instructions:

• Single Flare: Rotate die head to OP.0 → OP.2

• Bubble Flare: Rotate die head to OP.0 → OP.1

• Double Flare: Rotate die head to OP.0 → OP.1 → OP.2

【Easy to Make Perfect Flares】

1. Select flat face die, place tool in vise, tighten clamps

2. Loosen clamps, select desired size, insert die into rectangular recess

3. Place tube between die halves, turn clamps back to original position

4. Align OP.0 with tube port, push to press into port

5. Select desired reaming cone OP.1, align tube port, turn handle to press in

6. Select OP.2, repeat operation – flare complete
   

   

   
   

【Tips for Use】

• Deburr inside and outside of tubing before flaring

• Apply anti-seize to cut tubing end

• Add a little oil to flaring cones (OP.1 and OP.2)

• Put fittings on tubing ends with flared ends facing outward
