This professional timing tool set is specially designed to adjust camshaft timing and remove & install the crankshaft pulley bolt. It is essential for setting accurate Top Dead Center (TDC) timing when servicing camshafts, cylinder heads, timing chains, or variable valve-timing cam phasers.

3. Key Tool Functions

  • 9595/1: 2 timing pins, used to lock the engine at Top Dead Center (TDC).
  • 9683/1: Rigid pneumatic chain tensioner, for tensioning the primary timing chain on Porsche DFI V8 engines. Operating air pressure: 5.0–5.5 bar (regulated air source required).
