📖 Unlock & Lock Installation Instructions

Step 1: Clutch Mounting & Positioning

Insert the pre-locked dual clutch into the mounting sleeve

Fit the 3-sided extension feet into the correct locating holes and secure firmly

Loosen the adjusting screw, check and confirm full engagement

Once properly seated, remove the tool and install the clutch retaining ring

Step 2: Motor & Clutch Unlocking

Remove the motors from both sides of the transmission

Insert the hex key into the motor gear teeth, rotate fully counterclockwise (a click will be heard, and the clutch will lift slightly)

Repeat counterclockwise rotation on the opposite side

Reinstall both motors

The dual clutch is now fully unlocked and ready for vehicle installation
