Coolant System Refiller Kit, Radiator Heating Core Lines, Vacuum Fill Coolant Tool, Vacuum Leak Tester Coolant Exchange Kit Technical Data Working pressure from 5.5 to 12.0 bar Max air use 100 L/min at 6 bar Air connection 1/4"F Temperature from -20°to +50°C Adapters: Ø 16 - 33 mm Ø 23 - 41 mm Ø 34-52 mm Inlet Hose 1 meter Outlet Hose 0.5 meter How to use: 1 - Open valve #1 and close #2. 2-Fit the unit onto the coolant reservoir and hold it straight. 3-Introduce shop air to the unit from the male coulper.then the coolant system would be vacuumed. The pressure gauge would indicate the vacuum pressure.Note:ifthere's any coolant remain in the coolant system, the coolant would be pushed out from the Outlet Hose. 4-Whilethevacuum pressure reaches over -80kpa or becomes still, close valve #1 and disconnect the shop air. 5-lf the pressure gauge remain still, there's no leak in the system. Put the inlet hose into the new coolant bucket. Open valve #2 slowly, then the vacuum pressure would inhale the new coolant into the system. 6-lf the pressure gauge does not remain still, there's leak in the system. find the leak position and fix it. then redo the whole procedure.
